2. Mr. Sardessai, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners shall file a comprehensive reply to the show cause notice, raising all such contentions both of law and facts, as may be available to him, before the learned Registrar, within three weeks from today.

3. Mr. Faldessai, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent no.1, on instructions, states that on such a reply being

WP/758/2018 filed, the respondent no.1-Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall hear the petitioners and then pass appropriate order as may be deemed necessary. The statement so made is accepted.

4. The petitioner to appear before the learned Registrar on 25.03.2019. On a reply being filed by the petitioners to the show cause notice, the Registrar shall hear the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as may be deemed necessary. Till the time the Registrar decides the matter, the proceedings before the Asst. Registrar are kept in abeyance.

5. The petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms with no orders as to costs.
