The Advocate for the appellants as well as the respondent present. Parties have filed note of amicable settlement. The Government Advocate states that the Deputy Conservator of Forest will affix the signature to the consent terms on Monday, as he is unable to attend today. Government Advocate also stated that Range Forest Officer Shri. D. M. Kudalkar is present and has been appraise of. The settlement note has been signed by the daughter of the claimant, who is the power of attorney holder of the claimant. Copy of the power of attorney has also been filed along with the settlement note. The

settlement note has also been duly signed by the advocate of the parties. Matter accordingly disposed of in accordance with the settlement subject to signature of the Deputy Conservator of Forest.
