1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petition was filed essentially for the purpose of directing the village panchayat to take action on the show cause notice issued to respondent no. 4 in respect of the illegal construction of a compound wall to its logical conclusion.

2. The learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submitted on instructions that pursuant to an application for regularisation made, compound wall in question has been regularised. If that is so, it is now for the petitioner to take legal remedies challenging against the order for regularisation. Keeping this liberty open, the petition stands 6th February, 2025

WP 537 of 2024 disposed of. No costs.
