This is an application to condone the delay in filing half yearly statement of accounts as well as to forward such statement to the Chartered Accountant. The delay is sought to be explained by the Official Liquidator. The application is supported by an affidavit.

2. Considering the facts referred to in the application supported by an affidavit, there is no reason to refuse the condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed. The half yearly statement of accounts is taken on record and forwarded to the Chartered Accountant in terms of prayer clause (c).
