2. This is an Application for early hearing of the Petition, in which, Rule is issued on 13.06.2012 with the observation that the hearing is expedited.

3. The matter is of 2012 and accordingly, it is necessary now to place the Petition for final hearing. The Application is allowed. Writ Petition No. 269 of 2012 be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 18.11.2024.

4. The Application stands disposed of.
