Mr. Ravi Gawas, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the petitioner's suspension has already been revoked. Even Mr. Pravin Faldessai, the learned Additional Government Advocate places on record order dated 22/07/2019, by which the petitioner's suspension stands revoked.
