At the time of hearing of the above petition, Mr. A.N.S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents has pointed out that in the meanwhile, a Charge-sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Mapusa. In such circumstances, the question of entertaining the above petition, at this stage, would not arise.
