Heard Mr.Sudesh Usgaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. Pavithran A. V., learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. This is an application to direct the respondent to deposit the amount in terms of the directions issued by this Court by order dated 04.02.2016.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent have already deposited the amount together with interest payable on fixed deposit by the Nationalized Bank which

MCA/630/2016 amount is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Hence, the above application stands disposed of by directing the Registrar ( Judicial ) of this Court to work out the calculation of the amount to be paid by the respondent to the applicants in terms of the said order passed by this Court after hearing both the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
