his is an application seeking permission of this Court for the applicant to travel, according to the itinerary stated in paragraph 6 of the application and the itinerary taken on record is signed by the advocate for the applicant; he application has been necessitated since one of the conditions on which the applicant has been released on interim bail by order dated 23.05.2025 of this Court was that he would not travel outside the State of Goa, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Application No.693/2024 (F) without the permission of this Court. he reasons cited for such travel are that the applicant would attend a medical check-up, attend business meetings and to meet his daughter who resides in Kolkata. he applicant has
stated that he proposes to travel by road between 30.06.2025 to 15.07.2025, and though he would not be able to attend the matter which is now listed on 30.06.2025, he would attend all subsequent dates after 15.07.2025.

he application is opposed by the respondent vide reply dated 27.06.2025, mainly on the ground that the applicant has several other cheque-bouncing cases pending against him and there is an apprehension that the applicant may not return back to the State of Goa. he applicant appears to be a permanent resident of Goa and lives at the address given in the cause title which is substantiated by his Aadhar Card which has the following address:

he applicant has also submitted a memo containing the phone number that he would use throughout the trip which is his personal phone, and undertakes to keep the same in working condition and on at all times. he applicant is stated to have paralysis on left side of his body and his mobility is restricted to a walker. It is also stated that the applicant has surrendered his passport to the Sessions Court, Mapusa vide order dated 23.05.2025 of this Court and the same is in custody of that Court, avoiding any light risk outside the country. 4.
Considering all these facts, the applicant is granted permission to travel outside the State of Goa between 30.06.2025
and 15.07.2025 to the cities of Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata on the following conditions:
(a) A detailed itinerary stating the date and approximate time of departure and arrival at each station shall be placed in the form of an undertaking with a supporting aidavit on the record of this case;
(b) Details of the registration number of the vehicle by which the applicant would travel along with a copy of the Registration Certiicate which also be placed on record. (c) he applicant shall report to the nearest police station of the city to which he travels, on his arrival there and inward a letter to that police station and a copy of this order. A WhatsApp message shall be sent to the oicial phone number of the Police Inspector, Panaji Police Station of this communication;
(d) he applicant shall remain present before this Court on any dates of hearings that will take place after 16.07.2025.
