2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the date of arrest of the petitioner is not recorded in the proceedings wherein the petitioner has been convicted and punished for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. But, however, the records reveal that in the Order dated 18th March, 2016, passed in Criminal Misc. Application Nos. 46 and 47/2015, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Margao, at para 4 has recorded that the date of arrest is 16/7/2011. In such circumstances, there is no question of granting

WPCR/96/2016 any relief in the above petition.
