Misc. Civil Application No.193 of 2015 is for condonation of delay of 8 months 48 days, in filing the application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant No.1. While Misc. Civil Application No.192 of 2015 is for an order setting aside abatement of the appeal. Misc. Civil Application No.191 of 2015 is for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant No.1, as mentioned in Para. 4 of the application. It appears that appellant No.2 Mrs. Adelina Pereira, who is wife of the appellant No.1, is already on record. In that view of the matter, the second appeal would not abate.

2 MCA Nos.191, 192 & 193/2015 2] For the reasons stated in the applications the misc. civil applications are allowed. The legal representatives as mentioned in Para. 4 of the application (M.C.A.No.191 of 2015) shall be brought on record. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
