Ms. Afonso, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. She points out that by order dated 28.06.2022, the Cross objections stand dismissed for failure on the part of the objector to pay the postal charges. 2.

The order dated 28.06.2022 reads as follows.

1. The Appellant shall pay the postal charges, on or before 04.07.2022, to issue admit notices, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Accordingly, the appeal and the cross objections stand disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order for costs. 4.

The appellant-insurance company has deposited the awarded amount in this Court. The claimant-objector has withdrawn 50% of this amount. The claimant-objector is now permitted to withdraw the balance amount along with the interest that shall accrue on this amount. For this, the respondent-claimant will have to furnish proper identification documents and bank details so that the registry can transfer the balance amount directly into his bank account. M. S.
