By consent the disputes and differences between the Applicant No 1 and Respondents No 1 and 2 are referred to the Sole Arbitration of Mr PV Kamat, retired District Judge. The Applicant No 2 is said to be a permitted assign and may be joined by the Applicant no.1 as a co-claimant, but this is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents as to the maintainability of the Applicants' claim and as to the jurisdiction. 2.

The Applicants on the one hand and the Respondents on other hand will bear and pay the cost of the arbitration including arbitral fees.

The Applicants will arrange to have the necessary statement of disclosure of the learned arbitrator placed on record within two weeks.
