This is an application to correct the name on the cause title of the widow of the original Appellant, Orlando Dias, who has expired. The marriage certificate produced on record suggests that the name of the widow is Marcia Fausta De Souza and not Maria Fausta Dias as shown in the cause title of the Judgment dated 09.09.2014 passed in First Appeal No. 73 of 2006.

2. In view of the obvious typographical error in the Judgment passed by this Court, the name Maria Fausta Dias in the cause title being widow of the Appellant, stands deleted and the name Marcia Fausta De Souza stands inserted therein. Registry is directed to carry out the corrections accordingly.

3. Registry is accordingly directed to comply with the directions issued

2 MCA/883/2016 by this Court and allow the said Applicant to withdraw the amount as directed in the said Judgment.
