2. This is an application to appoint a new Adjudicator in terms of the Minutes of Order dated 3rd May, 2017, as the Adjudicator so appointed has now been posted as the President

MCA/575/2017 of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, South Goa.

3. By consent of Mr. Preetam Talulikar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, Mr. Nigel Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the original petitioners and Mr. A. Prabhudessai, learned Additional Govt. Advocate appearing for the original respondents No.6 and 7, upon instructions, Shri Desmond D'Costa, Retired District Judge is substituted as the Adjudicator to proceed with the proceedings in terms of the Order passed by this Court dated 3rd May, 2017, in accordance with law. The applicant shall initially deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with the said Adjudicator towards the fees and expenses, which shall be subject to bill to be raised in such proceedings by the Adjudicator.
