The Misc. Civil Application is taken out alleging non-compliance of directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.691 of 2023, which was disposed of on 12.02.2024, with specific directions being issued.

The learned counsel has made an attempt to point out that the said directions are not complied with.

We make it clear that once the petition has been disposed of, this Court has become functus officio and cannot entertain an 12th September, 2025

MCA 362 of 2024 application, though it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps if he feels that the order of this Court has not been complied with.

The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
