Heard Ms. S. Bhobe, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. M. Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent no.1.

2. The relief sought in the above petition is for quashing of an FIR registered against the petitioners. Mr. M. Amonkar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor upon instructions of the Investigating Officer states that "A" Summary Application has already been filed before the learned Magistrate and the orders are awaiting therein. Hence, the petition stands disposed of on the basis of the statement of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor

WPCR/94/2014 upon instructions. Needless to say, liberty to the petitioners to apply based on the orders passed by the learned Magistrate, if necessary.
