3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent waives

service.

4. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, considering the reliefs sought by the petitioner in the above petition, Mr. P. Dangui, learned Addl. Government Advocate upon instructions submits that the respondent has already issued a notice in the appeal preferred by the petitioner and the matter is posted on 07.09.2015 at 3.00 p.m. The learned Addl. Government Advocate further submits that the appeal will be finally disposed of by the respondent within three months from today.

Mr. Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions states that accepting the above statement the petition may be disposed of. The statement of the learned Addl. Government Advocate is accepted. The said notice is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. As such, the respondent is directed to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner expeditiously within three months. Rule stands disposed of accordingly. 6.
