2. The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 304-A and Section 279 of IPC and has been sentenced to simple imprisonment for two years and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/-. The said judgment of conviction and sentence has been confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge in appeal. The applicant was all along on bail.
3. Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the following order is passed:
CRMA/133/2016 (a) The substantive sentence of imprisonment is hereby suspended, until further orders.
(b) The applicant shall be released on bail, on execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. (c) The applicant shall also deposit the fine amount, if not already deposited, before the learned Magistrate.
(d) Bail bonds to be furnished before the learned Magistrate. (e) Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. C. V. BHADANG, J.
