The applicant is challenging the order dated 22/06/2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, refusing the registration of the Appeal under Arbitration/ STM No.1246/2017.

2. Heard Shri Dessai, the learned Counsel for the applicant.

3. In view of the fact that the registration itself of the appeal was refused for non-compliance with the office objections, it is not necessary to issue a notice to the respondents in this application.

4. Shri Dessai, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and No Due Certificate is issued by the Bank on 25/09/2018.

5. For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

MCA/723/2018 allowed. The order dated 22/06/2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is hereby set aside. STM No.1246/2017 is restored to file. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections, if any, within one week. The office shall register the appeal subject to removal of office objections, if any, within one week from today. C. V. BHADANG, J.
