2. Mr. P. Kamat, learned Counsel appears for the respondent who are the original petitioner in PILWP No.24 of 2019.

3. Mr. P.A. Kamat, learned Advocate tenders affidavit of the original petitioner denying the allegations in the intervention application and also opposing the intervention.

4. According to us, there is no necessity to go into the allegations and the counter allegations. The record indicates that the proposed intervenor is the developer in respect of the

MCA/627/2019 project which is a subject matter of the PIL.

5. Therefore, we direct the impleadment of the intervenor as respondent No.5 in the petition.

6. The petitioner to carry out the necessary amendments within two weeks from today.
