1. Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant.

2. This is an application for correction of the error which is apparent on the face of the record wherein surname of the Petitioner No. 1 was amended as "Narvekar" is not appearing in the Order dated 19/08/2023.

3. Vide Order dated 02/03/2023, leave to amend was granted to the Petitioner and accordingly cause title was amended by deleting the name "Bondre" and by inserting the name "Narvekar".

4. The Order passed by this Court on 19/08/2023 thus needs correction on the cause title. The Petitioner's surname is to be 24th July, 2024

MCA 303 of 2024 mentioned as "Narvekar" instead of "Bondre".

5. Correction to be carried out in the original Order as well as on the Website and place the corrected order.

6. The application stands disposed of in the above terms. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
