The reply filed by the respondent is taken on record.
2. The appellant/applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.40,87,021/- on 23/11/2016. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the amount deposited is not in accordance with the correct calculation of the compensation. The learned counsel, however in all fairness submits that this issue can be left open when the award is executed in the event the same is confirmed.
3. Having regard to the fact that the applicant has deposited substantial amount, the application for stay is allowed. The ad
