The contesting respondent is only the respondent no.1, who is the original claimant. Respondent nos.2 & 3 were ex-parte before the Tribunal. As such, the service of notice on respondent nos.2 & 3 is hereby dispensed with.

There is a delay of 53 days in filing the appeals. Prayer for condonation of delay is opposed on behalf of the respondent no.1. However, considering the reasons as stated in the applications and the
