This is an application for condonation of delay of 103 days in filing the First Appeal. It appears that initially as per the award dated 23/8/2017, the applicant was not held liable to pay the compensation. The original respondent no.2 filed MCP no.296/2017 which came to be allowed on 18/12/2017 whereby the original respondent no.1, 4 and 5 were also held to be jointly liable to pay the compensation. Incidentally the applicant happens to be the original respondent no.5, after coming to know of the passing of said order, the applicant applied for certified copy on 22/3/2018 and which was delivered on 27/3/2018, after

MCA/947/2018 which, the present application is filed.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Let the appeal be registered.
