The report clearly shows that the impugned order, insofar as demolition of the structure in survey nos. 568/1 and 568/2 is concerned, has been carried into effect and only some restoration, according to the respondent no. 2 remains. In any event, the report and the photographs enclosed, clearly show that the subject structures, which were directed to be demolished

WP/764/2018 have already been demolished and therefore, the impugned order having been complied with, nothing survives in the petition, which is accordingly disposed of, with no order as to costs. C. V. BHADANG, J.
