Heard Mr. Rohit Bras De Sa for the petitioner and Mr. Priolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2.

Mr. Priolkar, on instructions, states that the GCZMA will inspect the site concerning the construction put up by Mr. Cruz alias Bosco Augustine Fernandes in Survey No.242/9 at Calangute Saunta Vado, Bardez - Goa, as expeditiously as possible and not later than two th February 2023

5-WP-459-2022.DOC weeks from today. This statement is accepted and the GCZMA is directed to act accordingly.

If, after inspection, it is found that there are only illegalities, we are sure that GCZMA will take action in accordance with law. 4.

Mr. De Sa has placed on record notice of site inspection dated 05.09.2022 in terms of which site inspection was scheduled to be held on 16.09.2022 but was never held. Considering Mr. Priolkar's statement, the limited grievance of the petitioner now stands redressed.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
