2. The operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 16/04/2016 is stayed subject however to the deposit of the amount lying with the Land Acquisition Officer being deposited before the Reference Court which shall invest the money in the Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank for an initial period of one year renewed periodically from time to time till further orders. Stayed is granted accordingly.
