The petitioners are challenging the order, granting injunction in a suit filed by the respondents. Indisputably, the suit has since been withdrawn on 01/09/2012. As such, the order of injunction would not survive.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners points out that there is subsequent suit bearing RCS No.69/2013/C filed by the petitioners against the respondents. Obviously, that suit has nothing to do with the order, which is impugned in the present petition.
