The only relief claimed by the petitioner by this petition is a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to decide the petitioner's application dated 4th April, 2016 for grant of revised plan and completion certificate to the house constructed by him on his plot No.16, Survey No.23/3-1. Mr. Shirodkar, learned Additional Govt. Advocate does not dispute that the application ought to have been decided earlier.

2. Considering the length of time for which the petitioner's application is kept pending and the relief claimed in the petition, the same can be disposed off with direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to decide the petitioner's application expeditiously. Mr. Shirodkar informs that respondent No.1 who has to decide the application is

WP/677/2016 presently on leave and will be resuming duty on 13th December, 2016. In the circumstance, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's application on or before 19th December, 2016.
