This is an application for condonation of delay of 65 days in filing an application for leave to appeal against acquittal.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and for reasons mentioned in the application and looking to the delay, which cannot be said to be a gross delay, where this Court can take a liberal view of the matter as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Esha Bhattacharjee Vs. Managing Committee of Raghunathpur Nafar Academy & others (2013) 12 SCC 649., the delay is condoned.
