The petitioner, who is presently an employee of the Brackish Water Fish Farmers Development Agency (BFDA) (Respondent No.3) seeks absorption in Government service. Apprehending that there would be no posts for absorption, the petitioner seeks interim relief directing the respondents to make it th January 2023

Mr. Salkar, the learned Government Advocate points out that the appointments have already been made and the issue of absorption has nothing to do with the direct recruitment which is already completed through advertisement dated 19.07.2021. 3.

In our judgment, the interest of justice will be served if Writ Petition No.56/2020 and the connected Writ Petition No.23/2015 are disposed of finally one way of the other. There will be no point in granting any interim relief as is prayed for by the petitioner in this Civil Application.

Accordingly, Writ Petition No.56/2020 and the connected Writ Petition No.23/2015 are directed to be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 20.03.2023 subject to the overnight part heard matters.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
