Mr. R. Menezes, learned counsel who had filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.3 states that he has made inquiries and such inquiries reveal that consequent upon the demise of Respondent No.3, she has left behind no ascendants or descendants. He states that there are some collateral heirs and if directed he will furnish their details to the Petitioner.

2. Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner states that now Respondent No.3 has expired and he may be granted leave to delete her name from the array of Respondents

WPCR/126/2018 in this petition. Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
