Shri Palekar, the learned Counsel for the appellant is seeking withdrawal. He has produced a copy of the letter dated 24/06/2015, intimating the appellant that he would be withdrawing the appearance for want of instruction. A copy of the postal receipt and an extract of Article Tracking Report is produced on record. In such circumstances, the withdrawal is permitted. The learned Counsel stands discharged.

2. Appellant has not made any alternate arrangement in the matter.

3. Smt. Agni, the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent submits that the contribution, which is to the tune of Rs.19,842/- is already recovered. In all probability, the appellant is not interested in

AUE/9/2008 prosecuting the appeal.

4. In the result, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution, with no order as to costs.
