Today, Mr. Prabhudessai is present before us. He has filed an application seeking an extension of time. In the application, it is explained that he was held up on account of Covid-19 related works, and therefore, could not comply with the directions of this Court. 2.

According to us, the explanation offered is valid. The explanation is therefore accepted.

Mr. Usgaonkar now states that the directions issued by this Court will be complied with in their entirety latest by 14.11.2021. This statement 29th September 2021
