By order dated 26.06.2015, the Goa State Election Commission was directed to decide the petition for disqualification as against the petitioner afresh by affording appropriate opportunity of hearing to the parties and complete the inquiry as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month.

2. By the present application, the Secretary of Goa State Election Commission seeks extension of one month time to dispose of the petition No. 1/2015 pending before the Goa State Election Commission.

3. With the consent of the parties and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the time is extended by one month to

MCA/482/2015 dispose of the petition No. 1/2015, as prayed for.

4. M.C.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
