Mr. V. Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant points out that in the above application, the interim relief was granted on 03.08.2015 till next date. Subsequently, the Appeal was admitted and the ad-interim relief was continued until further Orders. Because of this Order, the above application again came on the board.

2. In fact, after admission of the Appeal, the interim relief was to continue till the disposal of the Appeal. Hence, interim relief is granted till the disposal of the Appeal.
