This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no. 1(d), on record, who expired on 24.01.2018. The present application is filed on 20.06.2019, explaining the delay, which has been caused in filing the application. The proposed legal representatives are represented by Advocate Betquecar. The learned Counsel appearing for the proposed legal representatives has no objection for allowing the application.

2. Thus, for the reasons mentioned in the application and by consent of parties, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses

MCA/648/2019 (a) and (b). Necessary correction in the cause title shall be carried out within one week.
