The time limit for compliance has expired on 06.06.2023. This application has been filed on 02.08.2023. This is not proper. If any extension of time was genuinely required then such application for extension should have been filed before the expiry of the original time period of three months.

2. Now the extension of a further two months is prayed for. The Applicant states that the parties have already been heard. The reasons for the delay are not entirely satisfactory.

3. However, in the interests of justice, time is extended by a period 30th August, 2023

MCA 331 of 2023 of four weeks from today. The directions in our order dated 06.03.2023 must be complied with within four weeks from today.

4. Mr Sardessai has certain objections to the statements made in the application seeking an extension of time including in particular the statements in Para 7. In this application, we are not either accepting or rejecting such statements. Accordingly, there is no question of us relying upon the statements in Para 7 of the application seeking extension of time.

5. The Misc. Civil Application No.331 of 2023 is disposed of. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
