2. A prayer has been made in this petition for issuing directions to the second respondent to expeditiously dispose of the petitioner's application dated 7th June, 2016, filed in Case No.Mam/Sal/MCA/03/2015.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's application for interim relief is pending since 7th June, 2016, we dispose of this petition by directing the second respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the said application filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than one

WP/798/2017 month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Before deciding the said application, the second respondent shall give due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned.

5. The petition stands disposed of.
