2. By an order dated 30.03.2015 in Stamp No. 983/2015, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the applicants, inter alia on condition of depositing their Passports before this Court. The anticipatory bail was granted in order to enable the applicants to approach the competent Court, as the offence was registered with P.S. Nanded (Maharashtra State).

3. It is now submitted that by an order dated 20.04.2015, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded has also granted anticipatory bail to the applicants. The request is for return of the Passports.

4. In such circumstances and for the reasons stated in the application, the Passports be returned to the applicants, on proper identification.

5. The Criminal Miscellaneous Application is disposed of accordingly.
