Heard Mr. Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General for the Respondents.

2. Mr. Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the petitioner has made a representation dated 29.06.2017 disclosing his grievances, inter alia, seeking his absorption in the Department of Vigilance, though the petitioner has been reverted to his parent department and has joined services. It is further pointed out that no decision has been taken on the representation which led to the filing of the above petition.

3. Mr. Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General points out that the Respondent shall consider the representation only on merits and then take a decision within six weeks from today. Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General, upon instructions, the petition stands disposed of. Needless to say, all contentions of the petitioner raised in the above petition are left open.
