This petition was heard on 3 August 2018 and adjourned till today. The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the PetitionerBank on instructions states that the Board of Directors of the Petitioner-Bank have decided not to press this petition and a resolution to that effect is passed on 6 August 2018. He states that the General Manager and the Chairman of the Bank are present in the

Amrut 2 WP580-15dt 23-08-2018 Court and on instructions the above statement is made. He states that the copy of the board resolution will be placed on record. He states that in view of this position, the Petitioner-Bank be permitted to withdraw the writ petition unconditionally.

The learned Senior Advocate representing the Respondent-Reserve Bank of India states that if the petition is being withdrawn unconditionally then the Court may take an appropriate decision.
