Heard Mr Vivek Rodrigues for the Petitioners. Learned Advocate General appears along with Ms Sulekha Kamat in Writ Petition No.331/2023(F), with Mr Pravin Faldessai in Writ Petition No.747/2023, with Mr Prashil Arolkar in Writ Petition No.1259/2023(F) and with Ms A. Bhat in Writ Petition No.1421/2023(F), Additional Government Advocates for the Respondents.

By our order dated 14.07.2023, in Writ Petition No.1792/2022 (F) and connected matters, we had directed the Respondents to appoint a Nodal Officer to deal with these types of cases. 3.
Learned Advocate General placed on record a circular dated 15.09.2023 issued by the Director of Accounts appointing such Nodal Officer.

Accordingly, learned Counsel for the parties submit that the Petitioner could be granted liberty to file detailed representations before this Nodal Officer and the Nodal Officer be directed to dispose of such representations within a time-bound schedule. 5.
Accordingly, Mr Rodrigues states that the Petitioners will file representations before the Nodal Officer within two weeks from today. Learned Advocate General states that the Nodal Officer will examine the representations and dispose them of within three months from their receipt. All contentions of all parties are left open. 6.
In case the Petitioners are aggrieved by the decision of the Nodal Officer, they will have the liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court to challenge the same.
