In the Petition which was disposed of by this Court on 21.10.2024, the Petitioner do not dispute that the re-conciliator was appointed from the panel prepared by the State Government. However, one of them refused the said assignment. In the wake of the same, the Petitioner propose to substitute the re-conciliator in terms of the directions issued by the State Government under Section 68 of the Goa Co-operative Housing Societies Act.

2. Since the steps taken by the Petitioner are in adherence to the directives issued by the State Government, it shall bind one and all. 24th March, 2025
