Date : 11 July 2018.

2.

By this Petition, a grievance is made, inter alia, that copies of certain documents relied upon in the show cause notice have not been supplied to the Petitioners by the Respondent -Authority who has issued the show cause notice. 3.

Since it was informed that the Respondent-Authority has kept the matter for passing final orders tomorrow, i.e. 12 July 2018,

2 wp717-18-11-07-18 the Petition was kept back for the learned Additional Govt. Advocate to take instructions whether the documents could be supplied to the Petitioners. The learned Additional Govt. Advocate, on instructions, submitted that in the show cause notice, relevant portions of the inquiry report have already been reproduced, however, annexures, which include the complaint, to the inquiry report, have not been supplied to the Petitioners and the same shall be given to the Petitioners tomorrow, i.e. 12 July 2018. The statement is accepted. In view of this position, passing of the final order will have to be deferred as the Petitioners will have to go through the material. 4.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that based on the documents so supplied, the Petitioners will make their representations/reply within a period of one week. Thereafter, the Respondent-Authority will proceed to pass final order as per law. Since, this is the only limited aspect we have been called upon to decide, all other aspects are kept open.

5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

All parties to act on authenticated copy of this order. Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.
