1. Heard Mr. Rodrigues learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Sawant learned counsel for Respondent No. 1.

2. The present application is filed for adding the Administrator of Communidade as party Respondent.

3. Mr. Rodrigues submits that there are allegations against the Administrator regarding manipulation of the record therefore, Respondent No. 3 to be added in the present petition.

4. The learned counsel for Respondent No 1 would submit that this is only a delay attempt on the part of the Petitioner by filing the present application as earlier the President of Communidade of Agonda was added which was also not required.

5. The Application could be allowed since the Administrator of 5th September, 2024

MCA 382 of 2024 Communidade is the Authority for deciding the application and since there are allegations against such Authority, an opportunity must be given to the Administrator to put forth his contentions before this Court in the present petition.

6. Accordingly, application stands allowed.

7. The Administrator of Communidade is added as Respondent No. 3.

8. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

9. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the added Respondent returnable on 09.10.2024.

10. Apart from regular service, service by all other modes is permitted.

11. Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
