This is an application to permit the applicants to deposit the amount for the year 2016 as directed in the order dated 05.09.2012 passed in Civil Application No.44 of 2012 in view of the restoration of Second Appeal on 13.07.2017. Hence, the applicants are permitted to deposit the amount in terms of the said order dated 05.09.2012 with the Registry of this Court within one week from today.
