This Petition was adjourned on the last date in order to enable the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to take instructions. It is now submitted that the Resolution which is impugned in this Petition is also subject matter of challenge in an Appeal before the learned Director of Municipal Administration. Learned Counsel, therefore, submits that this Court may pass appropriate Orders.

2. In view of the fact that the Petitioner has already availed of the alternate remedy of statutory Appeal before the competent authority, I decline to entertain the Petition.
