This appeal is filed by the interested parties, challenging the order dated 21.03.2017, by which, objection raised by the appellant to the listing of certain properties (which according to the appellant are gifted to him), has been dismissed. Undisputedly, after the impugned order is passed, the inventory proceedings have been finally disposed of, drawing the final chart of the partition. It is not disputed that the said order is appealable under Section 435(3) of the Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012. It is also not disputed that the appellant can challenge the order impugned herein in such appeal filed against the final chart of partition.

2. In such circumstances, reserving the liberty to the appellant to challenge the impugned order in an appeal against the final chart of partition, the appeal is disposed of, with no order as to costs.
